Day 25 of my journey riding,
Started out this morning temp around 45°.
Good day of riding. Rode around 53mi.
Made a couple of quick stops to take pictures stopped at an old gas station that was turned into a Old Packard Museum. Had alot of some old cars. Only put 1 picture out here.
Rode to the town of Vinita Oklahoma. I here it has the world's largest McDonalds. I don't know if I will get a chance to see it.
Set up for the night and doing some laundry.
Slow day today just riding.

Good Evening All, A very cool morning here in Florida. The temp this morning 38° and windy. Went in a boat house for coffee. By 11 am warm enough to ride into town to do laundry. After the laundry was done dropped it off at camp then road back into town to site see a bit. After visiting the Fort in St Mark's stopped in at Riverside Cafe for lunch. I had a burger for the first time in a long time. Trisha had the shrimp for lunch also good. After lunch rode back to camp. I did some fishing and Trisha did some reading. The lady here gVe me a little fishing pole the pocket fisherman. Caught the 8lb large mouth bass on it. Today caught a small large mouth bass on it maybe 2 lbs. Hooked a couple other fish but they broke my line. Also caught a catfish tonight.  Overall a good day of fishing. Tomorrow will be our last day here. Saturday morning heading to Tallahassee for my flight home. Looking forward to seeing Pam and my family!!! Will try and post a couple pictures. ...

Day of rest

Took today off after 3 good days of riding. Got up made coffee and oatmeal for breakfast. Nice cool morning to start the day. Ended up taking a shower and doing laundry.  Took a second shower after sitting in the sun for just a bit. Total day of relaxing! Saw on facebook the Susan Hancock Mauer was 4 miles away . I texted her to see if this was true and it was. So after work Sue and her Husband Kirk picked me up and took me to dinner!!! We had seemed like 1 of each appetizer. We tried 1 of each of ours .  I had a great night talking and reminiscing of the old days. It is great to hook up with people we used to hang out with back in the day! Her husband Kirk just fit right in. Plan on stopping for breakfast at there house on my way out! Again sound like a broken record but I'm truly blessed to be reconnecting with people I have not seen in years. I'm glad Facebook mentioned Sue was by. Thank you Sue and Kirk!!
