Orlando to Titusville

Paul Synk and I ride from Orlando to Ft Christmas about 32 miles. Paul had to turn around and ride back 32 miles and I had to ride about 15 miles to Titusville. Was a great day for riding. Took alot out of me at the end. 1st time since my Rt 66 ride that I had ridden with all my gear on my bike. I spent about an hour at Ft Christmas listen to the Bluegrass music being played and had a pulled pork sandwich. Headed out my last 14-15 miles or so. Ran into a couple riding towards Orlando after riding for the last 6 months. Leaving out of Orlando to fly back to France.  Got to Marshall Weavers house about 2:30. Total miles today close to 48. Talked with Marshall for awhile then took a shower. Headed out to do some site seeing. Stopped at local Brewery in town for a beer. Drove south fir a bit to Coco. Stopped had dinner and drove back to his house to see a rocket launch. Still waiting launch has been delayed. Still might launch but have to launch by 9. If not they will have to reschedule. Launched at 8:18. First launch I've seen in person. Did not get any good pictures not sure why but will post a couple.
Off to Palm Bay tomorrow to visit with Al and Cathy Bucy.

Good Evening All, Today we leave Shell Island Fish Camp. Trisha and I spent 4 nights here and we had a great time! We biked each day not far but keeping our legs conditioned. This morning had our coffee and I had a muffin with peanut butter on it. Trisha had oatmeal she made but put to much water in it. Liquid oatmeal so she threw it away. We loaded up and headed out for Tallahassee. Today was only a 20 mile ride. Weather was great slight wind in our face but nothing to hold us back. We get into town and going up a hill so I was down shifting and my derailleur broke and twisted all up. Unloaded my fear from the back rack so I could take chain off so I could push my bike the last mile and a half. Lucky for me the ace I'm staying is a bike shop. They will fix my bike while I come home. They will have 12 days to get parts in and fixed. Should be no problem. 2nd day

Today started off great with Rosa and Joe! Had bagels  cream cheese and coffee! Had a great morning! There dog Augusta Moon or Augie for short was alot of fun and energy. Got ready to head out but was reminded again about water bottles.  Both days I have forgot them but my friends asked if I had enough water of course say yes look and no water bottles in freezer.  After I got my water headed out hoping it would not rain on me. I stopped at Huntington Beach for about an hour then rode to my sister in Bay Village for a coffee break. Thanks Dawn. Left out of there easy ride to Lakewood. Stopped at a local bar had 2 beers till Taylor got home. Finished ride to Pat and Taylor's. Got in unpacked took a long shower. Taylor and Pat took me out to dinner! I got teriyaki boneless wings. Pat and  Taylor have a beautiful house. Pat has done alot of remodeling himself.  Will sit and have a nice evening in there home tonight.  Bear is a beautiful German Shepard.  Going to
