Leave Palm Bay rode to Ft Pierce

Got up atb6:30 this morning Cathy had me eggs,toast and coffee waiting!
I truly enjoyed my time with them!  Had Al drive me back north to Melbourne so I could ride across to A1A and ride down the coast. All together about 53 miles. Whay a beautiful ride! Took my time made a couple stops got my feet wet in the ocean. My second stop I think sat charging my phone when I got ready to leave my front tire was flat! Stripped everything off my bike so I could change my tire. The only issue I had was the pump I have could not put more than 35lbs in the tire. Some guy going to the beach asked if he could do anything then he told me he had a small compressor so he pumped up my ture for me. Truly felt blessed to have him ask on his way to the beach! The rest of the ride went great! Tiday is the first camping I've done on this trip. Could not find a Warm Showers Host. Taking tomorrow off so might have some luck calling tomorrow. Did go not for Chicken parmesan for dinner. Very good. Ran he to a gentleman today who has been on the road the last 5 yrs riding. I loved the set up on his bike for charging his equipment.

Again feeling truly blessed to have friends who take me in. Also being able to ride like I'm doing!!!

Good Evening All, Today we leave Shell Island Fish Camp. Trisha and I spent 4 nights here and we had a great time! We biked each day not far but keeping our legs conditioned. This morning had our coffee and I had a muffin with peanut butter on it. Trisha had oatmeal she made but put to much water in it. Liquid oatmeal so she threw it away. We loaded up and headed out for Tallahassee. Today was only a 20 mile ride. Weather was great slight wind in our face but nothing to hold us back. We get into town and going up a hill so I was down shifting and my derailleur broke and twisted all up. Unloaded my fear from the back rack so I could take chain off so I could push my bike the last mile and a half. Lucky for me the ace I'm staying is a bike shop. They will fix my bike while I come home. They will have 12 days to get parts in and fixed. Should be no problem. 2nd day

Today started off great with Rosa and Joe! Had bagels  cream cheese and coffee! Had a great morning! There dog Augusta Moon or Augie for short was alot of fun and energy. Got ready to head out but was reminded again about water bottles.  Both days I have forgot them but my friends asked if I had enough water of course say yes look and no water bottles in freezer.  After I got my water headed out hoping it would not rain on me. I stopped at Huntington Beach for about an hour then rode to my sister in Bay Village for a coffee break. Thanks Dawn. Left out of there easy ride to Lakewood. Stopped at a local bar had 2 beers till Taylor got home. Finished ride to Pat and Taylor's. Got in unpacked took a long shower. Taylor and Pat took me out to dinner! I got teriyaki boneless wings. Pat and  Taylor have a beautiful house. Pat has done alot of remodeling himself.  Will sit and have a nice evening in there home tonight.  Bear is a beautiful German Shepard.  Going to
