Twin Bridges Camp

Finished day 3, 60 mile day. 45° when we left out this morning.  Have not ridden so many up hill miles.6° to 11° grade for 5-8 miles. Tomorrow 30 miles up hill. Not sure if the gradebut might kick my ass!
Stopped A lot too take pictures today. What beautiful country we are traveling. This is why I like riding my bike. Able to see our country at my pace.
Group ride is nice but still prefer to ride with my gear traveling cross country.
What's nice here is
That they set up our tent transport our gear and feed us meals and snacks along the way.
Beautiful day low 80s for the high. Will post a couple times to get out a few pictures.
Yesterday we had the day of from riding. Spentbday relaxing and sight seeing in the town of Driggs. Nice little town. Had live music yesterday before dinner.  Bed 8:30-9 up at 5:30. Something for tomorrow. Just 2 days left to ride!
Pam did great today rode all 60 miles!! Someone new to riding she's doing great.

Good Evening All, Today we leave Shell Island Fish Camp. Trisha and I spent 4 nights here and we had a great time! We biked each day not far but keeping our legs conditioned. This morning had our coffee and I had a muffin with peanut butter on it. Trisha had oatmeal she made but put to much water in it. Liquid oatmeal so she threw it away. We loaded up and headed out for Tallahassee. Today was only a 20 mile ride. Weather was great slight wind in our face but nothing to hold us back. We get into town and going up a hill so I was down shifting and my derailleur broke and twisted all up. Unloaded my fear from the back rack so I could take chain off so I could push my bike the last mile and a half. Lucky for me the ace I'm staying is a bike shop. They will fix my bike while I come home. They will have 12 days to get parts in and fixed. Should be no problem. 2nd day

Today started off great with Rosa and Joe! Had bagels  cream cheese and coffee! Had a great morning! There dog Augusta Moon or Augie for short was alot of fun and energy. Got ready to head out but was reminded again about water bottles.  Both days I have forgot them but my friends asked if I had enough water of course say yes look and no water bottles in freezer.  After I got my water headed out hoping it would not rain on me. I stopped at Huntington Beach for about an hour then rode to my sister in Bay Village for a coffee break. Thanks Dawn. Left out of there easy ride to Lakewood. Stopped at a local bar had 2 beers till Taylor got home. Finished ride to Pat and Taylor's. Got in unpacked took a long shower. Taylor and Pat took me out to dinner! I got teriyaki boneless wings. Pat and  Taylor have a beautiful house. Pat has done alot of remodeling himself.  Will sit and have a nice evening in there home tonight.  Bear is a beautiful German Shepard.  Going to
