Waynesville Oh

Headed out this morning on Little Miami River Trail today. Road South from where I'm at 25 miles. About 12 miles out meet up with Henry Lim from Korea. He is heading to Santa Monica California.  So we rode together and talked along the way. Rode 13 miles with him. He quit his job in Korea to come here and ride. What an awesome experience he is going to have! This will be worth coming to the U S for. 
25 miles out stopped for a break and for me to turn around and head back. Before heading back gave Henry a energy bar and we took a break to eat and drink before we both went on our way. I told him to let me know if he needs help finding a place to stay. I will try to help him out if I can. Plus I have better Internet service to contact warmshower host for him.
After I left him rode 25 miles back to hotel. What a great trail to ride on. 1 more night here then on to Columbus. Plan on doing 20 mile ride going north tomorrow before heading to Columbus.
Easter week looking forward to going to church with Krista and Tony.

Good Evening All, Today we leave Shell Island Fish Camp. Trisha and I spent 4 nights here and we had a great time! We biked each day not far but keeping our legs conditioned. This morning had our coffee and I had a muffin with peanut butter on it. Trisha had oatmeal she made but put to much water in it. Liquid oatmeal so she threw it away. We loaded up and headed out for Tallahassee. Today was only a 20 mile ride. Weather was great slight wind in our face but nothing to hold us back. We get into town and going up a hill so I was down shifting and my derailleur broke and twisted all up. Unloaded my fear from the back rack so I could take chain off so I could push my bike the last mile and a half. Lucky for me the ace I'm staying is a bike shop. They will fix my bike while I come home. They will have 12 days to get parts in and fixed. Should be no problem. 2nd day

Today started off great with Rosa and Joe! Had bagels  cream cheese and coffee! Had a great morning! There dog Augusta Moon or Augie for short was alot of fun and energy. Got ready to head out but was reminded again about water bottles.  Both days I have forgot them but my friends asked if I had enough water of course say yes look and no water bottles in freezer.  After I got my water headed out hoping it would not rain on me. I stopped at Huntington Beach for about an hour then rode to my sister in Bay Village for a coffee break. Thanks Dawn. Left out of there easy ride to Lakewood. Stopped at a local bar had 2 beers till Taylor got home. Finished ride to Pat and Taylor's. Got in unpacked took a long shower. Taylor and Pat took me out to dinner! I got teriyaki boneless wings. Pat and  Taylor have a beautiful house. Pat has done alot of remodeling himself.  Will sit and have a nice evening in there home tonight.  Bear is a beautiful German Shepard.  Going to
