Georgia

Had a great time with Lammy (Shirley ) and family. Spent a couple days with them and had a wonderful time! Hope to visit again this winter.
Left out from Shirleys around 8:30 heading to Georgia to visit with Geno Saponari! Arrived at Genos around3:30.
Geno and Peggy pulled in right behind me!
They have a beautiful place! They gave me a tour of there property.  WOW. What a great place to live!!! After taking me around the property outside took me on a tour of the house there building. What a beautiful home it will be when it's done! They both have a great vision of what they want in it . Meet there son Mario. I believe 10 grade. Very polite young man!
Peggy made steak, baked potatoes and mixed vegetables for dinner. What a great meal.
I have been so blessed being able to visit and stay with childhood friends on this journey!  I have enjoyed my time talking with Geno and Peggy.  I love all the different animals they have, peacocks, ducks,geese,cows,sheep,chickens,dogs and cats. Probably missing a few animals but you get the idea.
Heading to Tennessee tomorrow.

Good Evening All, Today we leave Shell Island Fish Camp. Trisha and I spent 4 nights here and we had a great time! We biked each day not far but keeping our legs conditioned. This morning had our coffee and I had a muffin with peanut butter on it. Trisha had oatmeal she made but put to much water in it. Liquid oatmeal so she threw it away. We loaded up and headed out for Tallahassee. Today was only a 20 mile ride. Weather was great slight wind in our face but nothing to hold us back. We get into town and going up a hill so I was down shifting and my derailleur broke and twisted all up. Unloaded my fear from the back rack so I could take chain off so I could push my bike the last mile and a half. Lucky for me the ace I'm staying is a bike shop. They will fix my bike while I come home. They will have 12 days to get parts in and fixed. Should be no problem. 2nd day

Today started off great with Rosa and Joe! Had bagels  cream cheese and coffee! Had a great morning! There dog Augusta Moon or Augie for short was alot of fun and energy. Got ready to head out but was reminded again about water bottles.  Both days I have forgot them but my friends asked if I had enough water of course say yes look and no water bottles in freezer.  After I got my water headed out hoping it would not rain on me. I stopped at Huntington Beach for about an hour then rode to my sister in Bay Village for a coffee break. Thanks Dawn. Left out of there easy ride to Lakewood. Stopped at a local bar had 2 beers till Taylor got home. Finished ride to Pat and Taylor's. Got in unpacked took a long shower. Taylor and Pat took me out to dinner! I got teriyaki boneless wings. Pat and  Taylor have a beautiful house. Pat has done alot of remodeling himself.  Will sit and have a nice evening in there home tonight.  Bear is a beautiful German Shepard.  Going to
