Trisha and I rode27 miles today . Started out in Trenton FL and rode to Devil's Den in Williston FL  Great day for a ride very little wind mostly flat.  We got here by 11:30 am. Set up camp and Trisha went snorkeling in the springs here. Nice campground primitive tho. Closest town is Williston about 2 miles away. Still taking it slow. Butt is recovering slowly.  Will have the next few days off to recoup when we get back tomorrow. Loved the picture of the old house on the way here. Wish I could of gotten closer. I will  post tomorrow about our  ride then when Pam and I go on our cruise will be the next blog. Good  night God Bless
My day started out with my  butt still hurting.  My feet felt alot better. I got on the road about 8 am. Weather was looking a little iffy. Started out and about a half hour in starting to rain. Put on my rain gear and about half hour later it stops. Take off rain gear and continue on. My butt is still hurting.  This is the first time since I've been riding that I have had a issue. Just think it was from riding in the rain the day before and not being able to changes clothes. Trisha picked me up just outside of Gainesville.  I got in 40 miles today. Stopped and picked up butt butter for the ride tomorrow.  Trisha and I are riding to Devils Den I believe.  About 27 miles only. Trying to get in alot of riding before Pam and I go on a cruise with Shirley and Jerry. Leaving out of Miami to Key West then Cozmel. We leave out Monday and back on Friday. Excited to see Pam! Will blog tomorrow about riding and update on my butt. Lol. Good night God Bless

Today I left Ormond Beach. Today was the first day I ever started a ride in the rain.  It poured down rain about 40 minutes.  The wind was blowing 30-40 miles per hour. Mostly out of the east to start then more from the north.  It blew so hard that the sand came over the sidewalks where you were not able to ride. Had to push my bike thru the sand on the sidewalk.  After lunch I had to ride on the road but the wind was blowing so hard I had to put on my rain coat to protect my face and arms from the sand. I rode 40 miles to Crecent City with a headwind most of the day. Once I turned and headed west the wind was at my back. The last 25 miles went by pretty fast. The only issues were my feet and butt. Rode all day with wet feet and clothes.  Will not do that again. Posted a few pictures today. I had to post the picture my  granddaughter sent me. She  caught a nice bass. Very proud of her! Also a picture  of Trisha,  she was supposed to ride with me but weather was looking
